I don't know what to say about this but I wash my all the time,especially knowing I'm going to prepare food . But they could be washing them in the kitchen before they go back to work.

Hi, the reason we started to close early is due to health reasons - I am taking this time to not over work and take care of myself and apologize for the inconvenience and would hope that you would still take the time to come to my restaurant. We are not closing the restaurant anytime soon, just making sure that I am not over-doing it with the long hours.
